In general, a customer with access to the ECR Portal can check, delete and update personal information on the “Settings” page. Upon demand, NetherTek will inform you whether we have any of your personal information. You can also request your personal information or request corrections of your personal information by emailing privacy@nethertek.net or by writing to our listed address. Enquiries will be verified by NetherTek to its satisfaction for their authenticity.
NetherTek stores information about customers with an active customer account in accordance with current industry standards. A customer can request the deactivation of their account or request that they no longer receive any NetherTek services by emailing privacy@nethertek.net. NetherTek may retain certain customer information after receipt of a request to terminate services or to deactivate an account if this is necessary. This takes place within the framework of industry standards and legal provisions and to settle disputes arising from customer agreements.
NetherTek can use personal data to promote, sell and make available its products and services, send order confirmations, react to customer service enquiries and process your order. This includes the use of information for checking the identity of the customer or to contact the customer to enable the provision of support and the replacement and purchase of products and services.
